Mississippi Valley Fruit Company is the premier packer and distributor of the upper Midwest regional crop. Our growers are located in a corridor along the both sides of the Mississippi River encompassing the fertile bluffs of Southeast Minnesota, West central Wisconsin and Northeast Iowa.

Regional Varieties
While there are over 30 varieties of apples grown in this geography, five distinct varieties really stand out. They include the early season Zestar and Cortland to the full season Honeycrisp, Haralson and Regent.

Diversified Production Base
Our growers are located in some of the best growing regions throughout the upper Mississippi River Valley. With this diversified production base we are able to provide our customers with a consistent reliable supply of the regions most popular and up and coming varieties.

Quality Control
One of the most important jobs we do is packing a quality product. It is our goal to pack and market apples with superior appearance and premium eating characteristics. To do this we have implemented stringent growing, grading and quality standards that insure our finished product meets these requirements.

Custom Packaging
We have the ability to custom pack our products to meet almost any customer packaging need. We have invested in state of the art packaging equipment that offers us both flexibility and capacity unmatched in the region. Our packing line allows us to color and weight grade to meet any customer specifications.

Distribution
We distribute the regional apple crop throughout the upper Midwest furnishing direct store door deliveries or warehouse deliveries.
